How to ship cuttings safely?

Hello, a friend from Austria is willing to send me cuttings to Eastern Europe (3-7 days delivery).
Do you guys have an idea how to send them without smell? I mean if you vac seal them I doubt they survive without air?

I think vac is your best option. Hopefully it comes quick. I received cuttings about a month ago they were vac sealed but they arrived the next day after my friend shipped them so not sure but hopefully should live!
