big council bins as long as there is no cctv on big council estates,,,

every day leaves and harvest plants chopped and dumped in bin with bleach topped with water, bagged and put in rubbish bin fer council to cart away. bleach helps to knock smell down if sitting around in your yard.

I bury all plant matter in my vegetable garden.Any notes that I don't need anymore are burned.
