could be that you're body/genetics isn't made to handle mega doses of omega fatty acids. I would think the people who would benefit most from it/have genes which can handle it are nothern europeans and native americans. I have no idea why, but the Omega 3 & 6 fish oil capsules triggered Bipolar disorder in me and sent me on a terrifying manic/depressive rapid cycling episode. The more of those fish oil capsules I took, the worse the manic episodes got, and initially I didn't know the cause. I thought I'd lost my mind. I ran out of the capsules and the Bipolar symptoms dwindled away within about 2 weeks. I bought some more (thinking they were good for the mind) and the rapid cycling started again. I have no explanation for this, and cannot find any information about it online, but I'd hate to see/hear of someone else go through what I did (I seriously doubt it will happen to you, but just in case...). My mother has Bipolar disorder, so maybe the stuff brings out existing but underlying mental conditions in people. Whatever it was, the effect on me was profound and disturbing.

I also have asthma and smoke it up all the time but can out run most people I know and was also in the military (if you're doing this for the military be careful telling them about your asthma). My recommendation to you would be to keep at it! Running is mostly mental, you have to just keep pushing yourself through the burning lungs, the congested/constricted airways, your knees hurting, feeling like you're going to throw up (I've thrown up many times during PT tests in the military and kept on running), etc....
Start off running 1 mile for 2 weeks, if you cant complete the mile, do 3/4. The next 2 weeks, increase the distance by 1/4 mile and continue to do so until you reach your goal... It doesn't have to be these exact distances, but start off small and steadily increase the distance, you will be surprised how fast your body adapts.... I also like to sprint at the end of my runs, I know it takes everything you have but this really helps. As many have said before, just make it a routine and stick to it not matter what! Dont let excuses stop you from reaching your goals, whether it is raining, too cold, whatever it may be!

Don't eat anything heavy more than 2 hrs before you go out next time. Fruit or a granola bar is alright. Dairy apparently doesn't sit right with ya so scrap that and save it for after the run. Reason you don't wanna eat anything heavy is that alot of blood will then be routed to the stomach for digestion therefore less in the muscles for efficient work. This can also lead to nausea and vommitting as well.

Hm very interesting. Yea i noticed that lately i am able to bike/run a little farther, like today i did alot more than i usuaully do even though i was damn near at collapse. but i ate some chicken and started feeling alot better. if i can keep up a good healthy diet regimen combined with excersive everyday im thinking i can get in shape.
I quit cigerettes but i cant quit weed, but today i made my snaps a little smaller and i am not coughing as much when smoking the bong.
how bad is your asthma? i usually need a puff after my first 1/2 mile, i take a puff and walk for a minute with my hands on my head, then i run another 1/2 mile. i always need a puff at night while i am sleeping because for some reason i get wheezy at night, i can still breath good but the noise and tension is irritating so i hit the inhaler. ive had asthma my whole life been stuck with an inhaler.
