where are all those drill now people now?? they only want energy independence when oil is expensive...now that its cheap again for awhile.....lets all buy another expedition...

The drill now people are still wanting to drill now, as they always have. It is those that do not want to drill that hamper the operations...plain and simple.
It is the public (read; fickle ignorance on a silver platter with a stupid cherry on top) that gets on and off the bandwagon so fast.
It is also this sharp as a tack public that simply can't see things like this for what they really are. They need assholes with agenda to tell them what, and how, to think about these sorts of situations.
