Im running low on headstash to stretch it out a bit Ive been holding in my hits until I cant breathe and until the smoke dissolves in my lungs.
I noticed no matter the strain this seems to get me way more faded then the usual hold in a few seconds exhale method. Part of me feels like a fiend but I noticed this method allows me to conserve my headstash and make it last considerably longer.
Is this healthy? Whats your opinion on holding in your hits gets you higher?
