helpful post - buttons in some vendor's forums gone ?

hey there,

is there a reason we can't rate on people's posts in some vendor's forums ?

like with canna venture's sub, fractal genetics' forums, stank bros' or gdp's forums... they are all missing this option in their forums' posts.

i really love to give +rep via short msg but also think that those "helpful" ratings are a nice additional goodie to see & support tendencies on first sight.
is it an individual mod's decision to activate this function within those forums or could it be activated globally for all the forums alike ?

the option has been turned off by that forum ...MOD ... in most cases the breeder or specified lackey .....
