I already posted this on the general lightning forum but i figured this would be better subforum for this topic.
I have 1.20 / 1.20 / 2.00 tent and due to high elecricity bills i'm forced to leave my 600w hps for a while.
i would order the new lights from a good source abroad but due to the time i have i'm left with buying them from a local growshop.
i'm planning on scrogin' 2 plants in 3 gal coco buckets and i thought led light would be the most efficient in terms of yield/electricity saved.
i have the opportunity of buying 2 led panels (120w each)
the first is 120w Blue-Red (55x 3w, Bridgelux, Cree, Epistar) 460nm+630nm+660nm (11%+27%+62%)
the second is 120w 5-band High Red (120x 1w, same manufacturers as above) 430nm+460nm+610nm+630nm+660nm (5,5%+7%+12,5%+12,5%+62,5%)
I'm planning to support the two led panels with few smaller wattage cfl's in veg and flower.
Thoughts?
