I believe its 3 kg's and it has to be for the purpose of trafficking and its not mandatory , that one is more for the dispensary's . I cant see a judge throwing anyone in jail for under 6 plants , even if they are trees. Thats what colorado laws are gonna be , 6 plants per household , grow trees and keep your bountiful harvest ....

Proof of seliing , scales , baggies, traffic in and out and of course dispensary's growing cannabis at location.
Of course the pigs are gonna try and rattle ya and trhow trafficking in the picture but when its time for court ...... even if you are over the 5 plant min they still have to prove trafficking for mandatory mins.

I have lots of places I can stay. Just don't want to be that guy.
I can afford a place or hotel but would rather buy a sleeping bag and save the $80 per night cuz I'm cheap.
I am sleeping on a friends couch tonight.
I don't think I could have picked a worse car to try to live in though.

things could always be worse.
