Hash Oil in NL?

is there anysuch thing as medical in netherlands?

I think they seem to have a single supplier medical program, I seem to remember the product is an extract, but couldn't find the info I've read before in the super quick search I just did.

Rick simpson oil is merly a term used for naptha extracted decarboxylated hash oil. IMO his methods are not one I suggest to follow or follow myself. Extracting with hardware store bought naptha and purging with rice cooker are not what I call proper technique.
