Harvest Sour 60 seeds before rest of plant?

The plant has been harvested for a couple of weeks now, I've already taken all the seeds out of the bud from the first four nodes. I ended up with over a 100 and I'm expecting at least another 50. Yesterday I put 10 seeds in paper towels and so far one has germed, its already been put in soil, the rest should germ in the next 24 hours.

I'll upload some pics of the seeds if anyone wants to see them.
