Grow Tent Suggestions?

I'm looking for a grow tent in the 3(h)x3(l)x2(w) range, anyone have experience with a decent product with these dimensions? I'm likely gonna put my 250w MH/HPS in there or if heat/space becomes an issue I'll use a 150w HPS and supplement with PLL's or CFL's.

Thanks, and any suggestions are welcome. :tiphat:

I have this tent for my 150 HPS. You could run a 250 in it at 66 watts per sq ft. Probably could get more out of a 250 with a hair more floor space. It measures 3'H x 2.5'W x 1.5'D or 3.75 sq ft. I wish they were still $58 like when I bought mine not $73 but still not too bad of a price.

Canvas is thick and durable zipper is quality hasnt given me any issues yet.

I recently bought my first tent, a Growlab, and have been very impressed. Not having owned others, I can't compare, but I was impressed with the material quality and design. The zippers are really sturdy feeling, and the fabric/inside reflective material the tent is made out of is lightproof, waterproof, and very tough. They also seem to be pretty competitively priced.

Thanks guys, I've heard great things about growlabs but had a hard time finding one close to the dimensions I need. I might just bite the bullet and come up with a slightly different plan to accommodate for a tent that might not be the ideal size, but if you have any other suggestions that might fit a little better I'm all ears. I have pretty specific constraints based on the area I'm working with but in the end I may be able to work outside those boundaries.

I bought a 4x4 Secret Jardin tent a few months ago and after 2 weeks regular use, a corner tore and the main zipper broke completely... I've repaired it with 2" industrial Velcro and Panda film...

Emails I've sent to them have been unanswered as well, so secret jardin can fuck off as far as I'm concerned...

Now that I've actually gotten to work with these tents, ill never buy another one again... Panda film, a 1" PVC or wood frame, Velcro and some vents...

Be careful with some of the tents as the plastic framework is cracking and causing lights/fans/etc to come crashing down on plants.

I've considered building my own to best fit my space. If you don't mind could you give some information about how you set yours up? Any links would be extremely helpful if you have any.

It might but I'm not sure if I would have enough room for a carbon filter. I need to take some more measurements to be sure.

You could put the carbon filter on the outside and push through it. Maybe with some flexible ducting, if you need to get creative with external filter placement. You could put the fan outside too, to get the most clearance and reduce heat.

This is not 100% on topic, but have people encountered different sized grow tents? Most tents seem to be square, but that wont suite me. Most manufacturers have only the bigger tents in something like 150x300 or 120x240. Im looking for a grow tent that is something like 50x100, do these exist?

Thanks for the link, but i should've been more clear: I cant have a tent thats much more than 100cm wide and aprox 50cm in depth, i found something that was 90cm wide and 60cm but it was horrible looking quality wise. Didnt have anything for attaching lights to and couldnt hold srubber and fan inside because of their weight etc.
