Pretty sure GG#4 is cut only. Good thing your seedling failed because it probably isnt the gorilla.

i would say your fox farm was to hot for a seedling , and to wet, try again with something like a house plant soil mix and only water when soil is dry, then when it gets a good root base put it in the fox farm. just use a plastic beer cup until it gets rooted good
