why is growing so frustrating, i do everything the same and im always getting curve balls. if its down to me i dont know.
over the past years i have only been using seeds and im am pretty comfortable popping beans and getting seedlings to grow. never an issue until this week. first taste of damping off and there dropping like flys.
i really think the brick coco i recently purchased has something to do with it. i only rinsed it once. i know damping off is due to over watering or high humidity conditions. but i believe my environment was ok.
will this go itself of do i need to treat the area ?

then three times in the past two weeks i had to take room apart and rebuild it due to landlord plus work men doing jobs on my house.
