G
grapepunched
The Granddaddy Purps as many of you know is one of the best cuts around. I acquired the cut recently from some old friends of mine that have been traveling the road for quite some time now. The plant is sturdy and hearty and grows the densest nugs I've ever smoked that REEK of grape coffee or something similar. It's a dark and dank smell to say the least, and most nuggets show the generic purple colorations somewhere on the bud if not all over. The taste is smooth but really soothing, though the lung expansion involved when smoking this strain is really uncomparable in my opinion (in other words, you'll probably cough.) Yield is decent as well!
The buds are sticky as well, the kind of sticky that gunks up a brand new grinder...
and now for the technicals...

1. Visual Appeal: 8.5
Rate the visual appeal of the buds from 1-10 unappealing-excellent.
Comment: Chunky nuggets with the utmost density, purple and dark green hues, nuggets exhude the smell of grape coffee headstash that catches the nose of anyone within a 100 ft vicinity, REAL BAG APPEAL, coated in trichs but not as visually pleasing as she is medicating...
2. Visible Trichomes: 9
Rate the visible trichome content from 1-10 none-totally covered.

a more precise report.

FINAL COMMENTS:
This weed is not for beginners. If you smoke just a little bit and try to go out in public, you may feel some paranoia associated with trying to cover up the fact that you're blitzed. Keep in your house until you become comfortable with it's presence. This bud is great for enjoying quality time with friends while blazing out and listening to some tunes. The bag appeal is outstanding, and the stench is unstoppable. Carbon filters are required when blooming. Prices of Purp have been reaching ridiculous prices on the streets exceeding 600-700 dollars an ounce (I've heard more recently). This is a product of the media and the hype the Purp brings, but with good reason, this bud is straight medicine.
The Purp relieves pain well in my opinion as well as increases hunger and sleep. The smell and taste is candy and unforgettable. She is finished in 65 days and is a medium feeder but is slightly stretchy. She is not good for smoking when needing to take care of important responsabilities, and she can render your brain useless for a couple of hours if you aren't careful. Hope you enjoyed the report.
