It has some issues.... Not the best in veg without help and some additives and it has more n through the flower phase.... Its stable and quality... But I need more flexibility in my feeding... Its very hard to satisfy moms... Teens...and the young ladies all at the same time... Its that kind of thing... And the V+B is expensive... Single mom and all that... Ya know

I only use V$B for flower. I would go through it to fast for both... I still use PBP grow for veg. This works well for me.

These are what I call pods,,,

It's basically 2 sterile plastic pint cups ontop of each other with parafilm to seal (even tho that is insulation tape) ,, coco has been sterilesed too,,

shoot and bud diferenceation is one form of action when perpetuating a colonial veriety ,, so is root differentiation,, we use a ratio of auxin to cytokinin to determine actions in direct or even indirect oganogenisis,,, we instigate diferenceation

Anyway,,, so when we take explants (clones) we need to be sterilising them so that they can survive invitro (in glass) environment without being decicated or overrun by other organisms,,

I will soon be doing a full video on the method I call removing surface nasties,, it's simply a washing process,,, it uses uvc,, 70%alcohol, h2 o2 and distilled water using strainers,, i will explain apical meristem culture in due time but since you guys are currently fresh to tc I'd suggest incorporating a sterilising prosses for clones,,,

I had a large TC kit a few years ago. I don't have a clean enough space to do TC properly. I gave the kit away.

Lookin good up in here, Aspen.

Last year I finally bought a bluelab combo meter and it is super awesome! Before I was going thru 1 or 2 HM Digital pH pens every year.

I've been using cutting edge solutions for a few months now. There is a learning curve involved but I'm liking it so far. Being able to add cal and mag separately has made adjustments a lot easier.

An here lies the motivation,,, "little did the master know",,,,, that my smarty pants friend is why I needed to move my comfy ass to actually make this happen for everyone (you want something right eh) ,,

people just don't make things simple!!! ,, see,, I'm no genius,, i just make things simple,,

Some people might not know,,, i was a specialist mushroom grower before I ever grew weed,,

Let's make this a simple question,,, Would you give it away when it all fits neatly into a portable self sterilising bag that holds a genetic library of over 1000 mothers in calus state,,,,it's a contained micro farm,, apical meristem kit,, homegrown isolated strains of michrorize, benifical bacteria,,, isolated protoplast,,, somatic fusion,, somaclonal variation lab,, electro fusion apparatus ,,,, etc etc,,, magic mushroom liquid culture,, mysylm ,, etc etc

Im dropping multiple bags for library Bacup in the future bro,,, this is,, without seemin hyperbolic "game changing" ,,, (you want something right eh)

Boom

When I make mistakes,, im dammed if I don't learn from them,, constant persute of the ultimate goal is the only option!!

When we learn something from cell culture,, callus culture,, indirect oganogenisis,, embryogenis etc,,, we should always try to apply it to our current game,,, sterilising clones (explants) is one of them times,,, for surface nasties that's one level,, next is sterilising apical meristems and removing real viruses and attempting to release the internal maximum vigor caged by pathogens and viruses that infect tissue (appart from apical meristems)

That's a portable, uvc sterilisation, calus culture, germplasm library,,somatic hybridisation, somaclonal variation, tc incubation, inoculation, michrorize, benifical bacteria,,,,ETC,, entirely contained,, PORTABLE POWER,, soloution,,,

IT COULD EVEN MAKE A BABY 🤱,, so we can drop the turkey blaster,,

Flexability... how far dose it go? If I remember with liquids they got used up fast...

Sounds way complicated...

How's this for easy,,, soon I will be detailing my sandwich tek for isolation of cells,, the sandwich tek uses sellotape to rip cells off the plant,, it's actually a new high tek method to yeald alot of perfect condition cells ,, but till then we are going old school,,,

We isolate cells from plant A (easier than it sounds),,, ,, let's say its a strawberry,,, then plant 2 is og kush,,, we use an enzyme to strip the cell walls,, (it's as easy as using zyme on your roots) ,, so that's the basics of isolating protoplasts,, isolation of cells is almost as simple as mashing up explants,,

A cybrids is explained below,, it's slightly different from somatic hybrids in the sense it uses only the cytoplasm from plant A or plant B and is technically not full fusion

I'm not entirely settled on this section since I have not done it myself yet,, this is an area I need to achieve too,, the principle is sound,, the science is sound,, just need to get the chuffty badge myself

Here is a visual depiction of a cybrid,,
