SGT Pepper, you are safe to use 80% of the breaker's name plate rating based on the NEC electrical code, which is 16 amps on a 20 amp circuit. With 1800w you are using 15 amps.
Sman, your lighting circuit will work just fine but you are at the maximum lighting that you can run on that 20a cir. so if you are planning on ever upgrading you better bump it up to 2 20amp cirs.
