still waiting for some stuff from the DA, looks like we will move for the case to be dismissed on my next court date at the end of December, pre trail.....

we are looking for complete dismissal, no infractions, no conviction or probation. then the civil trail will start.......

I am sure the judge does want it to go quick, it no skin of thier ass for you to plea out which I no you wont do. FUCK the piggies and judges never make it easy for them. The longer people drag these things out the better it is for u, these fuckers always hope people will jump at a plea, they really dont want to have to work and go to trial.

Hey Krunch, just curious about something. The 17k bill for cleanup, how unreasonable is it? Did you do extensive remodeling for your grow that had to be undone, or did the owner just try to get a free remodel out of you? Or do you think you shouldn't pay it because you would have fixed it yourself if they let you?

Just curious because of a similar situation with impending judgement!

I guess I won't ever understand how come legal growers can be arrested, that is really fucked up... On the other way, where i live we don't have even medical mmj, so i guess better than nothing...

That's just how the legal system works.

A cop can arrest you for ANYTHING and hold you for 72hrs.

Within this time they must file formal charges and send you to the judge or release you.

Prop 215 (medical legal weed) only gives you a defense in front of the judge.

For 72hrs you're fucked if you're dealing with some a$$holes.

i did do damage but not to that tune, he's getting a free remodel. i would of fixed it if i could of, but no time.....

im not going to pay because it only will take me 15 minutes of my time and 30 days waiting to get it off my credit report, when/if its reported.....

you should write a book about all the tips and tricks youve learned over the years. would help new guys get over the learning curve especially with the leos, landlords and everything else that they dont put in cannabis grow books. Ill even help type it up while you talk.

If they win the suit, you will have a judgment against you and it is not something that you can simply wipe off of a credit report as far as I'm aware. But I'm sure you know better, as you say you've been sued before and simply gotten it off your credit report.

Have you looked into your own records to see if you have judgments against you, and how long they're active for, whether they can place liens against your property/accounts/etc? Or is that why you keep cash only and not in bank accounts?

Wouldn't it be funny if all this civil suit you're threatening actually goes through, you get a judgment for an amount, and they decide not to pay you just like you decide not to pay your landlord?

ive been sued twice before, i let them get on my credit report, then i take them right off.......

suckers, dont they know the consumer has more rights then the credit reporting agencies?
