Hi Yort my wife saw your input for the bananas (sa-ging) Now shes wanting me to get some sour cream,,even though she knows its a stretch.
anyone ever make sour cream from goat milk ??
Yesterday evening we had filet steak with spaghetti and red pesto, parmesancheese, tomatoesalad (from the balcony) in a bruchettastyle.

yes, the tomatosalad was fine, like most of the things out of the own garden. Sad to read that you have to eat gluten free.
This is a german cheeseburger, from a restaurant. Fresh made from beef out of the region, with potato and mayonnaise but I preferred ketchup. Perfect with a glass of coke.

Well, dove season started last weekend here and I was thinkin' on blowin' all yer minds with something off the beaten path (think skewered dove hearts...)... Buuuut... It was terrible this year. Guess it was just our turn. I have heard of other places doing quite well but locally it's been a trainwreck. They say the safflower failed, but I see it wild everywhere and seems to be looking ok by me?? Maybe next year I guess. Bummer Hopefully duck season kicks in strong and I can get a good fix in then..

Filet o'Beef, smoked 5 hours then grilled, with a baked potato and ranch style beans with chopped filet in them.
