I have been trying to eat better cuts, and less of the burgers and crap for most meals.
I smoked a pork tender loin and had a brown rice/cous cous blend with a Spring mix side salad for supper Mon. Tuesdays lunch was a huge Spring mix salad with the left over tenderloin, probably only 1.5oz.
Here's Sundays breakfast
A morel spinach, onion garlic omlette with Havarti cheese, and Whole grain wheat toast. On My very best Chinette.
