YES Seamaiden-good 2 many things-sausages-Ham yes everything-remember to Boil those potatoes first-But not so long as normally-5 minutes Lesser,or they will splash out, then slice them. Not 2 much sennep, but without not good-a tablespoon, should do it.First put those sliced potatoes, into a bowl-then all is in those-Creme fraiche over, becasue,it can be difficult,to see how much fraiche,if first into those bowl-better to less-than to much.
Next day, after in the refrigerator-it,s better consistence..exelent,to Roastbeef and so..
Try it-you will love it and easy for doing.Hope you can understand, and use it : )

Ive been hangin around here for 7 months and just now stumbled on this thread, Very cool thread and kinda right up the Ole alley,,yea, very cool.
So If I might or may I'd like to start off with showing where I do the cooking, I spend a lot of time in my kitchen and do most of the cooking around here (mainly so I know what I'm eating and where it came from) got a laptop setup out here and it's also my "Smoke Shack", so yea, a lot of time spent in the kitchen and I think it's a cool kitchen worth showing off a little BUT,, I cant find any good piks for postin up here, So, I'm gonna just say "Hey " for now and be back later with some fotos and stuff.

Mongolian Beef (homemade sauce) with McCaslan/Kentucky Wonder green beans, rib eyes from a local butcher over jasmine rice, Indian Jawala pepper, and sliced Cherokee purples - all veggies from our garden.

Thanks :D They are Cherokee Purples...pretty beefy though, and very tasty! Don't taste like armpits, unlike most maters from supermarkets.

Ain't that the truth. Ours are ripening nicely so it's great having tomatoes that taste like....TOMATOES!

Yes, just don't let your wife try to roast the San Marzanos in the electric oven using the convection feature, mkay? Doesn't work. The Isis candy cherry tomatoes aren't making it up to the house, we nosh on them down below. Maybe more are ready today.

In the meantime, have you heard of the Tortilla Bowl??

In an hour comes the meal on the table, which I posted on 08.25.12. It was an older picture and my wife was gonna be inspired to cook it again, as she saw the pic of it in this thread.:dance013:

So much wonderful meals, I realy like most of them but very nice is the soulfood picture from yortbogey!!

My wife is a very good cook and she can cook quick meals too, after work in the evening. Like the following in only 20 minutes.

Penne noodles, 3-4 little Schnitzel (think Schnitzel are known international), Parma ham, sage out of the garden and a sauce of whitewine and cream, salt and peper.
