before some days i had a
Mulligatawny Soup, but only out of a can, i made it a little bit special with some weedbutter in it.:biggrin:

Yesterday evening, a steak, french fries with ketchup, corn with chilliflakes and aliolicreme.

Before some minutes i made the first weed cookies of my life.

The recipe was from a jewish cookbook but it could came from anywhere.

200 Gramm of weedbutter
200 Gramm sugar
310 Gramm flour (flour means Mehl?)
36 Gramm almonds

That reminds me of when I baked my first cannabutter chocolate chip cookies. Had no baking experience so they ended up so big that they almost couldn't fit through the neck of the jar.

one thing is funny, my wife is a little bit jealous, she strictly don´t smoke weed and eat nothing with weed in it and now we´ve got the good smelling cookies,.......:biggrin:

Yeah, this was a crowd pleaser...I developed the process for this mousse. Thinking of fat infused poultry liver w/o the sticker price of foie.

Its complicated, but here' an overview. Soak the livers in milk. 24 hrs. Then an aromatic salt cure w/nitrates. (Everything's OK if properly used in moderation), rinsed and gently poached-sous vide. Then clean livers, screen. And whipped with equal parts butter.

I use this same technique when making foie grad mousse as well, only modified.
