It's spicey hot.

Always serve with some whole wheat sourdough garlic bread and parmesan reggiano cheese.

Home made spinach fettucini with range fed Bison meat sauce with plenty of Russian Purple garlic and onions. It's spicey .

That's interesting. What does the coffee blossom honey taste like? I recently bought some honey from bee's that were pollinating blueberries. It tasted less floral than wildflower honey and had a more granular texture than the wildflower honey I usually buy.

I like tupelo honey but it’s expensive. Since trying it I don’t really care for anything other. Another good thing about it, it doesn’t crystallize…looong shelf life.

Honey literally doesn't go bad. Archeologists found pots of honey in Egyptian tombs that remained unspoiled.
I've been buying New Yorks Own Raw Wildflower honey, which is $9 a jar, but totally worth it. I like the texture which is almost creamy, similar to peanut butter.

True it doesn’t go bad but it can crystallize and become a pain to use. You can heat it to reconstitute but it will crystallize again after a while.

I have a MASSIVE honey collection. From all over the world. Some are rare, and some are very expensive. Some are medicinal. I probably have 50 types of exotic honey on hand at all time. The medicinal can be used on wounds. They will heal much faster.
I love Tupelo honey. Another favorite honey is Meadow foam. You guys should try it. It tastes like a very wonderful candy. I think the Medicinals are from New Zealand, far from populated areas.
Cheers to you all!
Eat good and prosper! :)
