hello folks,so we oil makers, all like our oil, sticky smooth resin,
gooey goodness...
id like to start a thread on how exactly to manipulate,
flavors and color...
is there a way to alter color for instance,
as well as any known ways to alter the flavor...
now ive tried additives, bought expensive terps,
experimented with cherry terps, in my opinion waste of money
so im convinced, that a cherry like flavored resin/oil
is due to process of extraction, maybe with sulfuric acid, maybe not...
maybe acetone, benzene or naptha gas extractions posses a "flavoring" unique to the chemicals used during extraction.
I do the everclear ethanol, vacuum recovery bit (CLS)
QWET, vacuum filtered....sure tasty....but what about altering color and flavor..??
recipe and material....are always variables to consider sure
so lets here it, what can we discuss about altering extracts
what do you know about it, that you're willing to share with us
oil makers out there seeking something more...to put our extracts over the top
