My cat will hunt down the flies in the house. He's a killer.

Make rice wash EM and dilute 2 tablespoon per gallon of water.
Spray around the outside of the house and any areas which draw flies. Wipe down surfaces inside which are drawing flies. Spray on garbage, in the garbage cans, and other funky odor areas like pet stains and teenager foot/bed fungus.
Should last about 2 weeks.
Does wind keep flies away?
Flies don't fly very well in windy conditions, so a ceiling fan or portable high-powered fan is a great way to keep flies away from your plants. Although it's almost impossible to catch a fly because of its size, it also makes it unable to fly well in wind. Keep your flies grounded in windy conditions.

A spray of nettle manure kills them and you can also add it to watering to help the cannabis . ( work very well against sciarides ! )
