I got a cree one that came with spikes at the flash end gyps but I can't find it

Must be in my other tackle box

and today whilst cleaning out a rear seat map pocket I stumbled across an older (same cree bulbs used today) UltraFire flashlight left/lost in my car for about one year, took it into darkness and it lit nicely, those batteries do hold a charge.......
