Dont have a clue about RH at the moment but pots dry rather quickly. Slowing the fan is not a problem since I can adjust the voltage from 5-12 V. I run 7 v now.
I find this bloody disturbing when Ive seen pc setups with 3 times my wattage and just pc fans. Why god? You fu#%^!

Keep in mind that lots of the PC grows run without carbon filters, greatly increasing ventilation. They must use low-odor strains, or not keep their grows very secret. Some microgrowers use PLL lights, which can be remotely ballasted, keeping some of the heat outside the grow. In my opinion, CFLs with a good filter are very challenging to keep cool in a PC case. Static pressure will help some, but in a cheap axial fan is hard to find; I recommend Noctua or Scythe.
