Just an update on the MBSkunk F1s which are veggin nicely except for one that had a drainage incident. Sticks out like a sore thumb but coming back just in time for transplant.

Good looking bunch. The skunk smell stays in the air in the veg space even when the plants are outside for a full day of Sun.

The lone flowering MBS #10 is looking sexy and smelling like a white wine, ethanol kind of skunky at the moment so we'll see what happens with that!

Happy New Year to all! The MBSkunks I germinated in August are all doing great btw here are some highlights:

The MBSkunk #10 I let flower out although not exhibiting my ideal structure smells like chalky, dried limes.

The MBSkunk #5 has become the MB alpha male and the MBSkunk #3 the top MB leaning female exhibiting the most lovely pink stems and mauve streaking.

The leaves on both cannot be more beautiful and are very wide NLDs.

I uploaded some pics but not all got through whatever!

Have a great Sunday dear reader!

PS I placed 1 of the MBSkunk phenos (which I now forget the number) inside an old Buddha statue and guess what? Its looking like 1 of the top phenos in the crew!

Ain't that always the way! Plants are all still in veg btw

And of course this one lovely, shade loving pheno I just refer to as Buddha MBSkunk as I lost the tag somehow and I no longer think it even matters.

This one has gone through the 6 month veg cycle without revealing sex like it were keeping a secret 🤫

Transplant is going to be fun thats for sure.

This little plant has (to me) the form, color and leaf and plant structure of what I remember a proper old school skunk was minus the red stems.

Very happy with this pheno 😁

Really enjoying the MBSkunk#10

Talk about a heartracer.

Not for the faint of heart.

Fast onset.

Intense almost psychadelic high gives way to a long lasting electric stone.

Not the skunk scent I was looking for but a subtle and sweet green mango, limey, hazy incense scent hangs in the air.

Tastes like a hashy lime.

Longlasting high.

Everything about this flower lingers 👅🫀🧠

Should mellow out a bit with the cure.

any stand outs?

that third picture caught me eye. She could bring up a wild expression late flower.
Yes there are a few on the female side, especially this tiny, odd looking girl.

As far as the males I have a few long, nice smelling red stemmed ones but nothing to write home about scent wise yet.

right on!

had my eyes on that one as well, could be a pearl phenotype, based on foliage, going from long petiole to no petiole, from tri leaflet to one leaflet. and flower structure.

Thats a mango biche x Mexican right, that mexican genotype is something else.

Yeah its quite interesting. I'm thinking of just throwing her in between the males for pollination.
