Fed's can keep count of Marijuana plants over time!

WTF... I live in 916 and didn't hear about this. I don't think it is legal to count how many plants you've ever grown. I'll have to ask my wife (she's an attorney) but I'm pretty sure they can only charge you for what you have on hand when you are busted.

I don't know if any of you know him but FDD over on RIU just got popped by the Feds. Looks like he'll be doing 3-5 years. He took a deal, waiting for sentencing.
I'm not trying to re-direct traffic, just thought some people might be interested.
