Okay here is my personal key, but your results may vary. Smoke sativa and work out stoned. It makes you have energy, focus and in an OCD kind of way you can stick to it. You can't eat when you are working out and you are burning calories.
It's even worse when your on a strict diet/workout routine and can't really eat anything let alone the stuff you want. sigh. It literally almost makes it not worth blazing.
Just eat healthy shit, I keep a bunch of marinated chicken breast on hand so if Im hungry I can throw it on the grill and be eating in 10 minutes...plus the healthy shit keeps you full for much longer, this is coming from a guy that smokes like a chimney in december.
