English translations of Dutch coffee shop names

What does the "De Rokerij" mean in Dutch? "Rook" in Dutch means "smoke", and "rok" according to an online translation means "skirt". Some one told me that the Rokerij means the "smokerie" in Dutch

how about the other Dutch coffee shops with Dutch names..any Dutch speakers out there who can help?
