Actually the best way to get higher than ever before is to exercise before smoking get your heart pumping then catch your breath and take hero lung busting hits that you hold for 5 to ten seconds or more if you can. Worried about your lungs? take light hits, vaporize, but never blow the smoke out right away you have to hold it. The more your hearts pumping the higher you will get so run a sprint or do something high intensity that really tires you like do as manny pushups as you can jog for a minute or two do anything and smoke right after no waiting for an hour like the questionable eat a mango method
no dont ever do that.
