I put an air pump with a bubble wall and put it into the rez. I also got a small pond pump to throw in there to circulate and recirculate whatever is in there. I put molasses in a couple nights ago. I also trimmed almost all of the underneath shit off. There were just a few spots I could not reach so I said fuck it.
wow Lapi..I'm not used to so many updates in a short period of time from you!
they look very healthy with them drippers..thank you for the detailed reply btw..I think those drippers are just what I want to try one time in soil before I take the plunge and experiment with tables or buckets.
:friends:
I'm at 18 days and I'm seeing some resin form on a few of the strains, so that's promising. It's also starting to stink a little when you walk into the house so I'm going to set up the carbon filters in the next day or so.
They're going through about 10 gallons of water a day already. I think I'm close to getting all the drippers dialed in properly. A couple have been on the drier side, and a couple have developed a little puddle under the grow bag and I made the neccesary adjustments. No big deal though, the directions I think say to give them a good week before they are completely dialed, and I'm just about at a week with them.
I switched from molasses to Botanicare's Sweet because I was nervous the molasses water may get too sugary and clump up the dripper or something. I don't have any Liquid Karma yet, but I'm going out to get some soon and am very eager to start adding that.
I really think they are doing well. I hope they keep it up. I spend more time taking pictures of them and gawking at them than I do actually maintaining them at this point. I like that.
