I know the damn Bush (one of the 2), and not the burning bush as it were, was responsible for this later than normal fall back as his sad idea of "doing something for the environment" , and the original reason in the early 1900's was to keep the near slave farm workers working longer in the fields! I think the clock switching thing, like prohibition has become a relic of the past. End both already! But yeah clocks fall back but my bro is off and I have no schedule to keep (AKA I am "free") so who cares!
