DiYFull Spectrum lighting options (5x5)

Curious if it's possible for under $1000 DIY.

Not buying anything for the foreseeable future due to lack of finances but this gives me plenty of time to dream about the perfect lighting solution that goes the full spectrum.

Pro's and Con's are welcome if one feels inclined hehe

I have an empty 5x5 Tent and a dream...be gentle.
