The correct way to handle this is to prosecute those who supported the war on cannabis and violated the constitution. They belong in prison and their assets should be seized by the treasury of the US. Anything less is unacceptable to me. After that happens it should be legal and unregulated.
not a clue, lol. hard to find a group of more than 2 (maybe 1, a VERY select bunch) that agree on everything...
