Dehumidifier recall. Fire hazard!

Just caught this on the radio in my car, came home, and looked it up...
With over 2 million units being recalled, I know it affects a lot of you out there.
Luckily my unit is not on the list.
Still not very comforting. Damn Chinese crap!

No problem. I bet we put more use on our dehumidifiers than any other group of people.
Sure can't have any fires...

I've never dealt with a recalled item. I, and I'm sure others, would like to know how it works out.
