I think it's pretty much personal choice because it only matters to give you a rough idea where you are in flower. Personally, I count after seeing flowers but since 12/12 start I guess 5 wks. The harvest should come near what breeder says but you need to watch for amber trichs and harvest when you get where you want, anywhere from 10% to 90% I suppose. I shoot for <40%. I've been told more amber, more couchlock.
