Thanks Chevy and Darksider!! I will be chucking up more pics soon as just waiting on the next lot of ladies to be the right size then its all systems go!! Perpetual 12 plants every month. I one day hope to have more head room though and like to be able to sit in a comfortable chair while trimming instead of being huddled up in the loft.

Cracking setup m8.i have been looking at them telos led myself. Are temps better than with hps

Hey Jock! Thanks for stopping by and your kind words. These Telos LED's are superb in all honesty, I am so glad I made the switch! The temps today with 1 telos running 100% and one at 50% as full brightness is not needed yet, is 24.5 c and that's without any intake or extraction turned on as need the heat at the moment. As for the yield it has not been effected switching to led if anything it has increased as these lights provide the same output as 600 watt hps but only using 334 watts of power, so saves on my energy prices as well. I cannot rate them highly enough tbh. temps where a nightmare when used to run hps hence why I also have a split a/c unit.

No worries Jock! Always like to try and help other membes if I can. Telos 8 will also be a great light too and like you said they are a fair price not ridiculous. I just upgraded mine to the Bluetooth ballasts with app control for lighting schedule, sunset / sunrise light setting and being able to adjust the light intensity, which is my favourite gadget as during early flower they don’t need the full light intensity for first two weeks. I then crank it up to max until harvest, as saves me money on elec and in the summer time a further heat reduction. Look forward to seeing your grow up soon 👍

Yep the pro version contains the new style ballasts. I bought the first versions of the lights so have paid out for the LED upgrade and now the ballast upgrade lol. At least they are upgradable to keep up with the future.

I've been looking at LEds for years but didn't trust the build/tech and the outlay. I've replaced everything with LED in the house so why not go the whole hog and replace in the loft.

You sold me right there, that mesh system is awesome. My lights/timer control gear are getting old, plus i fit new bulbs every year, so they all could be replaced in one foul swoop. I even spoke to Telos for more info and I'm going to order 2 x 10s. In a year one will be paid for in saved electric alone and I've even got the app already haha.

This is all your fault DD, your an old face what was your name before mate?

Hey Cloneman,

You will not regret your decision on the Telos lights mate, they are a fantastic light. Yep I have been around for a fair few years on the boards and Jock is right it was Speedemon before :)
