As I don't see any answer, I think that there aren't anyones.

I asked because I have readed something about regularization and also I was searching in the web... And I thought that a some kind of regularization like CSC could be working right now in Nederlands. Or maybe could be working some association dedicated to the cultivation of cannabis...
