My P1 dad was from deep in Mexico from Aqua Caliente. If all males look/behave/smell the same and all females look/behave/smell the same, I assume thats a pretty good sign of being a landrace. Here is a pic of one of his sisters:
After running through 10 f1's and coming up with my male who is in week 2 of 12/12, round 2 of f1's started
I can already see three have purple stems. I'm not really into the purple flowers, but some of my best plants have purple stems, especially on newer growth.
I am crossing my flowering male to:
my Glock
my supposed Deep Chunk X Bubblegum
my purple biotch (unknown genetics, but Dank! purples regardless of temp)
my SSH-(which is one of my all time favs)
also BX to Nycd and taking the best fem from the f1's and knocking her up.

Purple Biotch from last fall was dug up, brought inside, got mites, reveged and is now bug free and growing again. Was appreciating this regrowth.
This is F2 male from above. That pot is at least 7 gallons, but not exactly sure. He isn't even to the end of week two flip and he looks like he may drop off some kids soon so I put him into isolation and he'll use a single ufo led here on out to do his thing.
I did run some Bloom Ultra where u feed and keep the plant in 36 hours of darkness before you start the flower lighting, so maybe that has something to do with it.
I picked up this stuff below at a 4/20 sale for 200 U.S. that I thought was a good deal (considering the Phat and Ooze cost 124 bucks each bottle at the grow shop). It will be my first time using the Bloom line and so far they seem to dig it.

Found the male dropping his load on May 10th the first day of week 4. Also found two vinegaroon's in there. Google it, it's half spider half scorpion. So, it took 3 weeks exactly from the light flip to produce the first pollen. I have pollinated SSH and also back to NYCD so far.
I keep him in a 6"x3" metal cabinet that also doubles as a drying cab.

The male has produced so much pollen by now. I have resisted washing off his foliage so as to not kill any pollen, photosynthesis must be at a stop , no green is showing because of being covered in pollen.I have bx him to nycd and am gonna start cubing. He's also been x'ed w/ ssh and these seeds will be done in about a week. Much has been done in the way of getting other girls ready by now. I have began detailed record keeping otherwise with so many directions beginning, I'll forget.
Was curious if every time plants are crossed if genetics are kept. If you were perpetually crossing your stuff to new strains every generation if genetics from say 7 crosses back were still in the plants?
edit; wanted to mention I sent Casey Jones in 36 hours of dark starting today. I am trying "Bud Blood" (that everyone I've talked to, and has tried it, swears by.) for the first time and Bloom Ultra together. Anyone here tried the bud blood?

Thanks for coming by peeps and leaving a note, appreciated!!! J-netics, the LED's I have are shit. They're the 90w UFO's that claim to be equivalent to a 400w HPS. I bought 2 for $300 US, and thought I was getting a deal, total waste of $$. I run MH and HPS in the rooms and only break out a UFO if I have to isolate. Maybe the 3 watt LED's are much better? The price is over the top though.

thanks for the quick feedback!! Yea im hearing that even the 3watt isnt cutting it....hopefully in the next 5yrs or so LED will be up to spec.. hows that nycd doing?? im running some sdk&purple d...to name a couple...just about day 50
J-n, Nycd crosses are doing much better than I hoped. The vigor is better than the orig Nycd mom and the are really packing on the weight now. I took a bud today (all cloudy trics) to have for http://hempcon.com/ . The rest I'll let amber over some more.
The Glock looks to be in 3rd as far as finishing time right now. Licking my chops and being force fed patience...
