Crazy foxtail thing going on. Help

assuming it would be a hot spot causing these weird shaped buds but it doesn’t feel any warmer at all. It’s only under 1 light too. Maybe the spectrum happens to be off or something?? Seems like hlvd but the plants vigor and size of fan leaves are the same as the plants with normal shaped buds. First photo is the smaller weird shaped buds and second is how 75% of the buds look.

Those are pretty flowers and your grow looks kick-ass. It can be caused by one of a couple of reasons. Spectrum or light intensity. I noticed foxtails on my buds when I raised my lights at the end of the cycle.

It may just be genetics. I have one strain I've run numerous times called Nicole x Banana OG by Nirvana seeds that fox tails every time I grow it. I've even back crossed it and those seeds share the trait.
