Police alleged the man took a cannabis plant that did not belong to him from outside someone else’s residence. He was taken into custody at police headquarters on Thursday.
Alain Boudrias, 46, was charged with theft under $5,000.
He was released from police custody to appear in Cornwall court on Aug. 10."
