I had heard there was a bill that passed the house and was about through the senate that was going to pull all funding for eradication. I remember thinking, shit that's gonna be bad for the national forests. Wish I could remember the specifics, it was about 3-4 months ago I was hearing about it in cali.

The feds all came around to the norcal counties in April offering large sums for helicopter support and eradication efforts.

Way to go Obama!

They seem equally focused on illegal forest grows as they are small medical grows.

The media has been squelched also... how is that happening?

Why is there little or no reportage of the many eradications taking place every day?

The only place I see it reported is at kymkemp.com. I'm curious as to who decided to rename cert camp again? was also under the impression cert was de-funded earlier in the year.

Great post. Really has to do with this thread. Fuck off somewhere.

Seen the sheriff flying doing counts a few weeks back. Not worried here, running low numbers and pot size. Heard a helicopter 2 days ago but it was just doing fast sweeps. No number checking. It's crazy how they can conduct illegal raids and get funded. I mean criminals and free men are supposed to have the same treatment and due order of law. I can't wait for them to fuck with the wrong g person and get sued for everything they are worth.

Being a good neighbor is paramount as has been said before. People can be difficult in Marinocino county. The entitlement factor is off the charts, with all the trust fund babies that are the only ones who can afford to be there anymore except the unkempt old-time family locals.

kind of off topic, what about no fly zones? aren't helicopters not aloud to go anywhere near school's? thats what i always thought of a "no fly zone"

I don't get bothered down here in butte. Same spot for 5 years. I do up to 36 plants in 100 gal but only did 18 this year.
Butte is to broke to enforce anything. 3 officers for the whole county.

It's not just the choppers you gotta worry about the planes do most of the spotting then send over the chopper to get a more detailed look if your of interest.

Lake county sherrifs have been cutting locks and driving through gates with no warrants . A group of over 50 growers are taking the county to court . They are not using choppers for eradication just reg cop cars . They passed a no growing in city limits ordinance . But they still need warrants to cut locks and drive through gates .they really fucked up and cut the locks of a prominent lawyer who wasnt even growing . Its been on the am radio all day . Will post a link . They are looking for other growers to come forward if they feel there rights have been violated . Peace

i agree with joe, they fuked up on the due process and need to be held account. don't need a lawyer to represent yourself against due process either. it is expensive and time consuming for the man to provide citizen's due process. they don't like doing it. it is however a constitutional right not to be ignored. i bet the county is gonna implement water use restrictions next. how are they monitoring citizen's water use there?
Freeman said some people had used as much as 200,000 gallons of water in four months. “It should have been below 50,000 gallons,” he said.

City limits equals city water equals water meters . You can bypass or drill holes in the paddles of a city water meter . How much water do you think the alcohol growers use . I think they are def stepping on peoples rights if you pay for the water than you should be able to use as much as you want. Pot growers dont touch alcohol growers in water useage . If they are worried about water use why would they wait till the end of the season to put a stop to it . BS
