Hi guys,
I've been reading this site for long enough, its time to post up a thread.
First off, the room. Its not quite done as you can see. There is roughly 4.5x7.5 for veg, and 7.5x11.5 for flower, with the door to the room opening into flower, I wish I had made it open out lol. The veg/flower sections will be panda filmed off, for now its really nice not having the 'wall' there. Veg will be running under 495w of PL-L's initially, and 1k-MH once the plants are big enough. Flower will start off with 1k and will step up to 2k once things are running smoothly and the medical card count increases. The room is in process of being sealed off (door frame issues, ugh) so that I can start using CO2 + AC, and a scrubber is going to be installed in the room this coming weekend (Phresh filter, 950CFM paired to a 750CFM fan).
Now for the plants. I have a couple of different strands from another local grower. He runs in soil and all organic, and well, the plants looked a lot better when I got them from him! The strans are a Blueberry, 2 Am Flames, a NW Mist, and 2 Columbia Reds. Currently they are being fed H3ad's formula, 6ML/Gal of Micro, and 9ML/Gal of Bloom, and also using tap water.
In the pics, the Blueberry is still in soil/organics, and it was transplanted tonight to facilitate root inspection. The rest have been in coco for 1-2 weeks.

Based on how bad they are doing, the splotching, forum posts, and finally the awesome help of a couple very kind ICMag readers, I've added CalMag at 3ml/gal as of tonight. Additionally it was suggested that I should flush with a good volume of water at ~PH6 and no nutrients, and then follow up with a full dose of nutrients as well as CalMag, which will be added to every feeding here on out. I also liberally applied CalMag via foliage feeding, a bit strong perhaps, 10mg/gal. It'll be knocked back or removed entirely in the future (spray, not normal feedings of CalMag).
*Tap water - 7.6pH and 0.2 EC.
*10/16 - Fed with 0.43 EC (1/2 strength no CalMag) 5.57pH, and runoff was 0.70EC, 6.35pH
*10/17 - Fed with 0.28 EC (1/4 strength no CalMag) 5.35pH, and runoff was 0.53EC, 6.24pH
*10/18 - 2 Cups of 0.20 EC (0 strength, just adjusted pH-wise) 5.8pH water. Runoff came down to about 0.35 EC / 6pH, roughly. I forgot to write that number down. I think it should still be a good bit lower but its a start. They were then given about 3/4 cup of full strength nutrients + CalMag.
Also: RH is holding at 40-45% and temps are 78-79. I am running 24/0 currently. To maintain temps at this time, the room has an exhaust fan.
Thanks for reading, I'd love any input. Hopefully things look better tomorrow. Oh also, sorry for the wacked out pictures. I've never shot under fluros before and I did a piss poor job. I hope that shapes up soon lol.
