ok. I have a relative who makes decent money yearly.. and spends like over 60% in cash.. on going out and vacation and living like a boss...

so.. my yield is going to be between 7-12 lbs.. depending..

I want to clean about 10-15 grand..

whats thee best method..

basically.. I need around 22 grand.. in order to not go legal in weed.. but to own a legal business.

I would recommend starting your own low overhead no inventory business like a mobile car detailer or something similar. Just no overhead keeping your cost down narrowing it down to your income alone. don't forget you will have to pay additional self employment tax though roughly 15 percent of profit on top of your current tax rate.

either way if you claim to be self employed you will owe and additional 15% in self employment tax unless you have anything you can logically right off to counter the capital gains.

I ran an on site car detailing business for a few years to cover my tracks. We would go out to a persons home or work and detail the car on site. Lots of people like their car detailed at work because they don't have the time to take it anywhere. After things got going good, I hired a couple good workers and let them go at it. They were happy to do it too because I allowed them to make most of the profit minus the taxes I paid at the end of the year for my business and mj money. So it basically took care of everything. The key is to invest in advertising your business and to always do a good job. Once I stepped away from it, I did what any real stand up guy would do and left the business to the two guys that had worked so hard for me for those couple of years. They end up building the business into something pretty amazing and both make a good living now.
