Do you do every week?
Vinager or peroxide ( I can find only 12%)?

I use a couple of spoons of bleach in a gallon of water. The best time to clean is right before it gets slimy. Feel the inside with your fingers daily and clean it only when it needs it.

Make the setup as easy as possible so it will be easy to repeat and get done. Five-gallon buckets make it easy when it comes to moving water. around.
