What's new

cheese and chong #5 rogue seeds

T

that smell

Recently had to dispose of my moms due to security issues. Moms were 2 phenos of cheese and chong, both great yielders, both had great smells and taste, with killer highs. But pheno #5 was my fav by far. Also had 3 greatful caseys and 3 chemmy jones. These were stellar also but thats another story. I found 5 seeds from c&c #5 out of 1.5 lbs. Just popped these 5 seeds along with 45 other seeds (11 being cheesedog). Guess which ones have tails already after less than 24 hours in cotton balls- Thats right... Every one of my c&c #5 seeds. I,m so excited about this I had to let you CSG fans know. I will also keep this thread updated. If anyone else has cheese and chong going right now or are fans let me know.

I could easily get 3 plus per plant of some of very high quality smoke. My fav smelled a deep, fruity almost grape smell. I couldnt keep my nose out of jar. I guess he,s running the fem 5 packs, out of 5 I found 2 amazing phenos and the other 3 were pretty much alike and were great as well, could only keep 2 tho. He should find some great smoke. Im a big CSG fan now tho.

944s2, if you like fruity weed you will enjoy these, I let mine go 10.5 weeks and it just scalded my ass, I really dont see how these are lacking for anything. Your girls are stacking up nicely. Wait till about week 8 or so, they pack on the weight. My c&c outweighted grateful casey and chemmy jones. not by much but they did. I want everything uk cheese now too. Cant wait to try cheesedogs. I also see you are across the pond so you probably have experience with the cheese, do you see any cheese characteristics in your c&c.

these are some frosty girls indeed, I,m hoping to make some bubble with the trim of last harvest tomorrow. Cant imagine how it could be anything but great. Also all 5 c&c seeds are up and 6 of the cheesedogs have tails,so they are going into starter plugs this evening after family goes to bed. My big problem right now is temps , with the light out and heater off, its 45f in my tent, but i just couldnt wait any longer. BTW what are you growing your girls in if I may ask?

hiya that smell, yeah i run big buddhas cheese many years ago and wasnt impressed after all the hype and imho these connisseur beans are in another league altogether,, comparing that cheese with the cheese and chong all i can say is that cheese and chong is very branchy like bb cheese, also i have 24 cheeze and chong, 5 strawberrys and cream,5 nebula, and x2 vintage 1 and vintage 1 x humbolt, all my girls are in 11 ltr pots with canna pro mix and fed with canna nutes, using only a quarter of recommended dose per feed,,,cheers,,peace and safe growing s2:tiphat:

whatever you are doing your girls look outstanding. Saw you thread with the sweettooth and now I think I,m gonna have to order some-prob from deluxe seeds per your recommendation. Have you tried the exodus cheese cut, thats what CSG used for their cuts. Just wandering if it would be worth getting kalimans seeds, supposed to have authentic exodus also. C&C sparked my interest

If u like cheese and Chong ..ur gonna luv the cheesedog ..this strain is super dank especially if u get a 50/50 cheese kush pheno ..or the kushy pheno ..the taste is lingering ..I have 5 going now ..2 girls and 3 unknowns at the moment ..I'll get some pics when theres something to show

I was hoping to have something ready for that cup but my timeline is off ..but next yr I'm gonna be ready ..I have special plans for the og chem and conni chem ..those are gonna be my fall exclusives for the fall run

Thatsmell, in my experince you are far more likely to find cheesey plants in f1 crosses of the cheese cut rather than breeder's attempts at recreating cheese.

What I mean is, my experience of cheese cut x unrelated strain are far cheesier than big buddha cheese, blue cheese, kaliman, barneys, GH etc.

silverhaze, I just put 9 cheesedogs into plugs and waiting for the last two to show me their tails. Plus all 5 of the C&C that are the stars of this thread. With these genetics its so hard to decide on keepers, know what I mean? You grow out some plants that are hyped and its good but you say eh. Piff, you mean like the Csg cheese crosses? So you dont think kalimans cheese#1 wouldnt be as good? Greenhouse seeds cheese was one of first plants I grew and I thought it had good taste, smell, but really had nothing to compare to..being on east coast and having to be very discreet because of job, etc. I have no clue what straight cheese would smoke like

I,m hardening off the newborns now, they have great roots coming out of plugs. I think I wll be able to put all seedlings into 3 liter hempys tomorrow or the next day and get them under the 400w- get this show on the road. S2, I hope the cheesedogs are as branchy as the C&C. That works best for my vert. If I can ever figure out how to safely post pics I will start throwing those into the mix. So far its 5 for 5 of C&C, 10 for 11 of cd, and 16 white widow and ak . Have about 10 more ww and ak that will probably make the show. Peace.
