Go to Home Depot and get yourself a DIY book on residential wiring and framing. You probably didn't want to hear this though.

4000/240 is 16.6 amps. you could run that on a 20 amp breaker (exceeds the 80% rule by a little) but safer to do a 30A breaker
You'll likely trip that 20A breaker with most ballasts. Try 25A minimum IME. Or staggered / delayed startup using on-delays or such.

The DH doesnt need a dedicated circuit but my LG 65 pint unit and Santa Fe unit used around 7A each.
I like having these things on their own dedicated circuit so I can switch them through external relays rather than directly through an environmental controller's internal ones. It's also nice to have "dedicated" appliances such as dehumidifiers (and A/C's, etc) on their own circuit to prevent a single point of failure situation.

This was my last one I wired up, if anyone remembers this one. Conduits aren't fun or necessary most of the time for our use.
