Update on the Malawi x Panama

Ahhhh I am so bummed that I have no more of this cannabis left. Honestly, this is the kind of cannabis I need and can´t get in any of the cannabis associations we have got here.

Her terpenes are a beauty. I get a leathery, green mango peel aromas that fill me with joy. The smoke is very smooth after barely a three week cure. The high is simply a beautiful trip with moments of huge rushes to the head and after an hour, you get moments of bliss for nearly an hour. It is not dreamy, but you can opt out of the 30,000 feet high if you put yourself in the conditions to do so.

For example, yesterday, I blasted out some music while cleaning the house with my wife and heard her sing the top 40 songs on the radio, which I ussually detest because, well, I don´t like commercial music, but it does bring people together, and under the effects of this medicine, I actually enjoyed her listening and siging to those songs.

The perception of time was also affected. Time seemed to last a lot longer, and all of the worries of the world seemed to disappear. I let go and release my self from the pressure of planning life and of the stress that might come from family gatherings after momnths without seeing each other. Essentially, this medicine works for that. As soon as mhy mom got home, who is visiting from abroad, and who nags me about everything, along with my wife, sometimes even teaming up on me hahaha I knew tensions would occur, but they have not, or at leaet I have kept them at bay. This weed keeps me on such a good mood, a positive one, that there is no darkness and I can deal with the will of different people, negotiate, and make everyone happy.

The high is clean. The come down is heavier than some more electric sativas, like the Thais I have tried in the past. I would say that in a certain sense it is similar to mexican sativas, but much stronger psycoactively and more pleasant at the same time (I only get positive thoughts, whereas this does not happen with Colombian Creeper types or Mexican long flowering sativas I have tried).

I am praying that the revegging goes well and if it does not I would really love getting lucky and having another ¨Leathery, Green Mango Peel¨ pheno. I have two seeds left and got two Panama x Malawi, which may be similar, from a freebe I got after buying Golden Tiger x Panama. Anyways, below, some pics of her during different phases.

Out of everything I grew this season, this plant was the the one I expected the least from the most and the one I feel I got the most from. Yes, we still have the Golden Tiger version three and they are coming in fast now after a very very very slow start to flowering.

I will follow up very soon with a proper update on each of the three phenotypes I got. Thank you @dubi for bringing to us these awesome genetics and I will make sure to do a proper and better grow next time around by giving thiese ladies the space and attention they deserve. You have got one happy and loyal customer here. You certainly can´t get this on a dispensary back home and you certainly can´t get this on the Cannabis Associations in my whereabouts. For this, I salute and thank you.

Small little update on the Golden Tigers V3 Thai Leaning version

I feel like I would have done much better in a subtropical climate or in a completely indoors environment instead of the semi-balcony set up I have got going at the moment, but if you take into account the settings, these plants are performing really really well.

This is how they looked in october

And below, by this time I was already moving them from the balcony to an 100 Watts LED MARS HYDRO every time of the day in which there wasnt any direct sunlight in the balcony. In the first picture, you can still see the Malawi x Panama

As you all can see if you have been following the thread. They were very fast to sex but slow to flower, as expected.

Small update on the Golden Tigers v3 on their 16th week of flowering and oneis looking like it is a week away, the Trained Chicken phenotype, and the other, the Ginger Soda Passion Fruit peel pheno, like it is two weeks away and looking impressive on the trichome department. To be honest, taking into account all the battering they've been through and the limitations of a balcony grow in winter with only an 100 watt led of extra lighting, the results are impressive.

I am very happy too with a little test bud I smoked. Very high and clear. Absolutely no paranoia. Still, there will be a proper and detailed smoke report, along with final pics just before harvest and after a month's cure.

I made many mistakes. I will grow then again, but I will top them, grow them in a bush and as low as I can and flower them under 10 hours of light from the get go. These are the types that make you improve your growing skills, specially outside of sub tropical climates and under my conditions.
