Hello Everybody!

Ok so here is the deal, iam growing quite a time now and i always grow the same santa maria clone a friend of mine brought me 5 years ago...until than it goes like mother , cuttings, field and so on...no breakdown in potency and high.

How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful* biobizz biogrow as needed, biobloom 2ml of 1l.water,mostly i mix 10 liters
How often are you feeding? depends on how much they feed themselves, mostly every 3-6 day
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients? biobizz-biobloom since day 1 of flowering, neudord baldrian since day 14 flowering , shooting powder for last 3 weeks.
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect) ill mix with water, bio-bloom 1st than neudorf.
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used? ? no tds,ec,ppm here.
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? no ph here
How often are you testing pH/ppm/EC/TDS? never :(
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? i once used strips but they always showed me around7

I would also say a CA def, try adding a few ml of cal/mg. The second option could be that the tap water your using may be looking out the CA or have a complete lack of CA.

I can see both Ca & Mg def, i would also be checking the Run-off PH, you cant see if its right or not if you dont, could be part of the issue. check that first, it'll give you a better idea of what action to take. Once you master doing it with checking PH, you'll know whats what & prolly throw your PH kit away! G'Luck man! ;)

yep you are right, ill really dont have a chance to measure clearly the ph i can tell, no invest money around for the moment,,, but when you mean the ran off ph you mean the solution i feed the plants with the all in all stuff...the tap water supplier names a ph around 8 , just also back-checked the tap supplier test water sheet and there it says mg 4,6mg/l and ca 40ml/l and that is way to low... so i ll think the ph just could be quiet right , ok its a blind opinion i know ...but heh ill try to get some ca/mg for now and try to get a nice ph meter...one for the nutrient solution and i also can measure the soil with it right?

thanks a lot so far , gives me indeed more confidence.

IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS MYSELF, BUT I DONT THINK ITS THAT BAD. ONLY A FEW LEAVES HAS SPOTS ON THEM, THANK GOD THERE NOT SPIDER MITES

well , ca/mg defiencency is quiet bad ill think , every deficiency is bad ill think, but defiecencys are more wellcome than overdosing , thats my opinion...

I would ( your on a budget right?) get some black strap molasses and add it to your regular feeding regiment, also a follliar spray with diluted whole milk will help.

Dolomite added to your soil works for adding cal/mg
easiest way to correct cal/mg is with epsom salts

I would try and avoid Epsom Salt personally - blackstrap molasses is a cheap and easy way to supply, also has carbs + potash. You said you got a new tent, doesn't really look like it but I hope it's not offgassing!

i red about this offgassing problem before and immidiately ask my dealer where i bought this tent to check the supplier of the stuff it is made of, will get results on monday, besides my you can tell direct identifys of the offgassing probem ?`i dont think so got 2 mother plants before inside it and one was a hell of a good result the other was just weak and didnt get that much as the other.

the baby's now really were working good the 14 days of vegetive grow were 18/6 and there should also been signs of offgassing maybe faster to come cause of more heat light production inside. rarely getting very hot cause of exhaust.

yeah i really can see the thing behind the ph thingy, but i attend to say that ph problems can lockout mg/ca. is this when the ph is to low? cause the water is around 8 and that means normally that you can dump a lot nutrients in it and the ph level low's than so the soil will keep track of it? does is , or not?

damm i will try to get some mg/ca as soon as possible into the next feeding and after that ill try to catch up a ph meter ... hard to tell maybe ill get one for a good price.

thanks so far anybody for the comment, very helpfull, keep em coming when you maybe have a new idea.
thanks!

i just done some research of this offgassing thing and they say its mostly the white inside of a tent PVC thats secretes chlorine and the biggest problems seemd to appear in england. my tent anyway i didnt no yet is made of has a mylar inside and netherless i will see next week asap whats going on at all!

here are some more pics from one of the most affect plant i looked her up , please also check if other tendencies may apply i really get paranoid about the offgassing, Jeeezus!:comfort:

and for the offgassing, they are in that tent for quite 34 days now.

Thats starting to look more like a PH issue bro, why i mentioned you need to check it before you make your decision. But my friend a foliar spray wouldnt hurt at all!!!
try 1/2(level) tsp of Epsom salts(dissolved in a Little hot ish water) then add to 1 litre of water & spray. Check the dose ive recommended, its been a while since ive had to bother, if you foliar your not going to affect anything in your media. looking at it now im pretty sure its PH related. those dont look like off gassing symptoms to me, but i could be wrong.
There are some good foliar products on the market, see what other have had success with. sorry i cant be more precise or helpfull! ;)

anyway if it was an offgassing issue then you would have seen this from the beginning imo! or really early on, does that help!(i could be wrong!)

Make sure you turn HO/HID lighting down/off before spraying-No intense light when foliaring!. & turn fans up so they dry fast(5 mins), then you can turn ya lights back on once dry. a Foliar aint gonna hurt at all man, repeat daily. Ive seen foliar fix probs like this in days. But you will need to check your PH.(if your running an old mag ballest then leave it off for 15mins before switching it back on)

Btw, i wouldnt foliar if the Buds were much bigger than that.

PH, Foliar(in the next week only), & Mollasses sounds like a decent plan. Ive done a search & im convinced that is definately not OG symptoms. the answer is in your media imo.
Good Luck Buddy! ;) we try our best & something always pops up to test us.

ok i checked the ph of the tap water and its around 8 -8.5.
i will feed the babys next time and bring the ph of the water with nutrients down to 6.0-6.5 ...would this be helpful`?

i mean how can i really check the ph of soil ? this cant been done. the soil works as a buffer right, i only could check the water that drops out of the pots after i feed them, will do that next time i feed them.

so on.

Your using a Brand name soil yeah, then it will be very easy to find out what the PH was when you bought it. You can buy both meters & test kits to test soil PH alone(not solution PH). if you check up you'll find the PH value for that soil brand anyway im sure! It'll help knowing what it was when you started! It will have changed a bit id of thought by now(look on makers website). Do you know if its buffered with Dolomite lime?
You then need to check the Run-Off PH value bro, what comes out the bottom of the pots. Catch it in a tray or something yeah. read off the value! & work from there! irrigate untill you get 10-15% of the volume of the pots, no more, so just be easy/carefull.
Once you have the PH value of the Run-Off you want to compare it to what you found out the starting value of the soil brand was.
if youve been giving 8.4PH solutions from the start then thats surly the issues or part of it anyway.
Use Citric Acid to lower PH in soil, i get Citric acid crystals myself but you can get liquid too or use Lemon juice or vinegar for a quick fix(only), i recommend you buy the Citric acid for this bro.
yeah adjust from 8.0/4 - 6.3/5 and you should be stellar mate. remember adding nutes usually reduces PH as nutes are acidic, so by the time youve added your nutes your not gonna want much PH down(citric) to adjust it to 6.5. add a few drops at a time & test again, once you have been doing it for a few days you'll get to know how many drops to add with how much nutes youve added. Are you irrigating to feed water feed water feed water etc etc etc or something different? yeah 6.0-6.5 is about the range you want for soil but with Bio-Biz i think it may be a little higher. I dont know, i dont use Bio-Bizz so you'll need to check that out mate but your barking up the right tree for sure!
Good Luck man! Hope that helps ya some! l;)
